Before contacting support
- Check whether DNS VPN is started on the Home screen.
- For Wi‑Fi Analyzer, grant Wi‑Fi/location permissions and make sure location services are enabled if Android requires it.
- For SSH, test the connection first, then use a quick command before opening terminal or tunnels.
- For Speed Test, remember that a full test downloads and uploads test data.
- For Premium, use Restore/Refresh status if the purchase is not visible yet.
When contacting support, include the app version, device model, Android version and short steps that reproduce the issue.
